David P.

David P. has extensive experience in Human Resources. David began their career in 2000 as the Director of Human Resources for FindLaw, which was acquired by Thomson Corporation. In 2003, they were hired as the Director of Human Resources for Tiburon, where they established the company's first internal HR Department. David then moved to FocusFrame in 2004, where they served as the Director of Global Human Resources. In 2008, they became the Director of Human Resources for Bridgelux, a Light-Emitting Diode (LED) manufacturing Company. David was hired to create the HR Department and review roles and responsibilities, create job descriptions, and set up salary ranges. Finally, in 2009, they became the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Justia.

David P. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
