Hayden Pham has held a variety of roles in the technology industry. Hayden started their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Specialist at Waiter.com. In 2005, they worked as an Account Manager at Good Powered by BlackBerry and as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Webconverse Inc. In 2007, they were an Order Management Representative at Motorola Good Technology Group. From 2008 to present, they have held two roles at Justia, first as Senior Manager of Web Services and then as Senior Legal Marketing Account Manager. Hayden has also worked as an Operations Lead (OEM/OSM) at Trianz since 2008.

Hayden Pham holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Journalism from San Jose State University. Hayden also attended the University of San Francisco for Graphic Design. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Google Analytics Individual Qualification in January 2020, Google Ads Search Certification in December 2019, and Google Ads Display Certification in September 2019.
