Abigail Rodgers is the Chief County Prosecutor at the Justice, Delaware Department of. Abigail also serves as the Director of the Family Division. Abigail has an extensive background in prosecution of sex crimes, having previously worked as a Deputy Attorney General and Commander of the Child Predator Task Force in the State of Delaware. Abigail has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Widener University School of Law and worked as an Attorney focusing on criminal defense, medical malpractice, and complex personal injury matters at Layton & Associates, P.A. Abigail's legal career includes roles at Tighe Cottrell & Logan, P.A. and Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman, LLP. Abigail holds a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BA in Philosophy from Gettysburg College.
