Cassaundra Carhart- Souk is a Victim Advocate at JUSTICE, DELAWARE DEPARTMENT OF since February 2023. Prior to this role, Cassaundra was a Program Manager at Brandywine Counseling & Community Services, Inc. Cassaundra has extensive experience in the field, having worked as a Program Director at Connections Csp Inc for both a men's and women's treatment program. Cassaundra has also served as a Clinical Supervisor at Connections and a Substance Abuse Counselor at ARS New Castle. Cassaundra holds a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Wilmington University, an Associate's degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling from Delaware Technical Community College, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Walden University.
