Daniel Thompson is currently serving as Deputy Attorney General at the Delaware Department of Justice. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Financial Restructuring/Bankruptcy Associate at Fox Rothschild LLP and as a Judicial Law Clerk at Delaware Superior Court. Daniel has also held positions as Executive Editor at William & Mary Business Law Review, Legal Intern at the Delaware Department of Justice, and Judicial Intern at Delaware Family Court. Daniel holds a Doctor of Law degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Delaware.
