Steve Joffre

Steve Joffre currently serves as the Eastern Regional Showroom Manager at Nora Lighting, Inc. since July 2022 and has been a Sales Manager at Justice Design Group since June 2017, overseeing 30 independent sales agents across the US and Canada while developing sales and marketing programs for the retail lighting channel. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Swarovski Lighting, where similar responsibilities were held, and Principal at Joffre Sales and Marketing, where Steve represented multiple lighting companies. Early career experience includes sales representative roles at Binders Art Supply, where market share was significantly increased, and regional sales management positions at Murray Feiss LLC and Maxim Lighting International. Steve earned a BS in Business Administration from Georgia State University and has further education from the University of Denver.
