Sujatha Sebastian

Senior Director, Leadership Programs at Justice Funders

Sujatha Sebastian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sujatha is currently serving as the Senior Director of Leadership Programs at Justice Funders. Previously, they founded and served as the Principal of The Conveners Group, where they facilitated gatherings for foundations, nonprofits, and communities of change makers. Sujatha also co-founded and was the former Managing Director of Conveners.org, which provided resources for impact-focused conveners, accelerators, and mappers. Sujatha has also contributed their expertise as a Board Member at the Archimedes Project, a startup studio focused on developing social enterprises. Prior to that, they worked as an independent consultant, advising major foundations, nonprofits, social enterprises, government agencies, and universities on various strategic planning, capacity building, and program management initiatives. Sujatha has also held positions as the Senior Advisor for Collaborative Initiatives at Tides, Consultant at TCC Group, and Director of the Women's Business Center at the Business Outreach Center Network. Sujatha started their career as an intern at the Clinton Global Initiative and worked as a Graduate Consultant at Mobile Metrix.

Sujatha Sebastian is an individual who has pursued higher education in the field of peace and conflict studies. Sujatha completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from Bryn Mawr College. Following this, in the years 2007 to 2009, Sujatha enrolled at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where they acquired a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (MALD) degree. During their time at The Fletcher School, Sujatha focused on studying International Business Relations and Development Economics.
