Regan Bailey

Regan Bailey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and advocacy. Currently serving as the Litigation Director at Justice in Aging since April 2017, Regan has previously held key positions such as Senior Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from December 2012 to April 2017 and Litigation Director at Disability Rights Washington from July 2007 to October 2012. Additional roles include Assistant Director at the Legal Aid Bureau of Maryland, Attorney at University Legal Services, Writ Clerk at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, and Attorney at DNA-People's Legal Services, Inc. Regan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the District of Columbia School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from American University.
