Legal and Advocacy Team

The Legal and Advocacy Team at Justice in Aging works to ensure the health and economic security of low-income older adults through strategic litigation, policy advocacy, and technical assistance. Comprising specialized attorneys and policy advocates, the team addresses issues related to Medicare, Medicaid, long-term services and supports (LTSS), Social Security, and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). They collaborate closely to design impactful advocacy initiatives, offer training and support to aging professionals, and fight for systemic changes that benefit disadvantaged senior communities nationwide.
