Kyle Couture

Kyle Couture is an experienced professional in technical support and education, currently serving as an Education Support Specialist at Justice Resource Institute since March 2016. Previously, Kyle held roles such as Applications Support Specialist, where responsibilities included developing training materials and installing JRI-owned computer equipment. At Savant Systems, Kyle progressed through several positions, including Tier 1 Technical Support Supervisor, Senior Technical Support Engineer, and Training and Development Specialist, focusing on dealer support and training. Prior experience includes working as a Live Sound Engineer at Live Nation and providing seasonal technical support at Bose Corporation. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Audio and Media Production from The New England Institute of Art.
