Nikki Sullivan

Nikki Sullivan has extensive experience in therapeutic training and support, currently serving in that role at Justice Resource Institute since August 2024. Prior to this position, Nikki worked as an Urgent Care Family Partner at Eliot Community Human Services and as a Permanency Coach at Mount Prospect Academy. Nikki's background also includes various roles in the food and event industries, such as Event Coordinator and Front of House Manager at Turner’s Seafood, as well as serving as a campus brand manager for HBO through Riddle & Bloom. Education includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Salem State University, and additional studies in Psychology at UMass Boston.
