Jennifer Lerch

Jennifer Lerch is a Senior Associate at Justice System Partners, a position held since January 2021, after serving as a Research Associate at the same organization. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Research Associate at the Center for Advancing Correctional Excellence (ACE!) from August 2008 to January 2021, where Jennifer acted as Principal Investigator on six projects focusing on the evaluation of programs for emerging adults. Additionally, Jennifer contributed as Evaluator and Data Analyst on various initiatives. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Criminology, Law & Society and a Master of Arts (MA) in Justice, Law, and Crime Policy from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science/Sociology from Shepherd University.
