Vicki Burrows

Vicki Burrows is an experienced banking and customer service professional with a background in various roles within the financial and travel industries. Since June 2021, Vicki has been a Customer Banking Specialist at the Bank of New Zealand, focusing on assisting customers with daily banking needs and identifying their financial goals. Prior to this, Vicki worked as an Advisor for the Covid-19 Healthline team at Whakarongorau Aotearoa and held several positions at Flight Centre Travel Group, including International Travel Expert and Assistant Team Leader, where responsibilities included sales, customer retention, and team leadership. Vicki's career also includes experience as a Manager at American Express, overseeing a team of sales agents and enhancing customer service, as well as serving as an Operations Supervisor at Air New Zealand, managing contact center operations and resolving customer issues. Vicki holds a Diploma of Business in Travel and Tourism from Auckland University of Technology.
