Anika Kumar Theisen

Anika Kumar Theisen, MBA has a strong background in sourcing, product development, and production. Anika currently holds the position of Sourcing Director at Justice, where they oversee the sourcing of products for development and production. Prior to this role, they served as a Sourcing Manager at Justice from June 2019 to November 2021.

Before joining Justice, Anika gained experience in merchandise operations and project planning at L Brands in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for reconciling employee labor reports and cash collections, analyzing reports for performance evaluation, and managing inventory using Microsoft Excel.
