Rachel A. Richards

Rachel A. Richards has held various roles in the retail industry throughout their career. Rachel A. started as a Store Manager at Gap Inc. in 1988 and then went on to work at Ann Taylor as an Area Manager and Store Manager from 1992 to 1999. Following that, they joined Bath & Body Works as a Recruiter and later became a District Manager from 1999 to 2005. Rachel then moved on to Limited Brands as a Regional Learning Manager from 2005 to 2007. Currently, they are working as the Director of Store Operations at Tween Brands since 2008.

Rachel A. Richards attended The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1985, but did not earn a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time.
