Nick Sayner is an accomplished leader in the field of justice and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of The Difference Principle since March 2013 and as the Executive Director of JusticePoint since March 2012. Nick held multiple leadership roles within the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies (NAPSA) from January 2012 to December 2021, including President of the Board of Directors, President Elect, Treasurer, and At Large Board Member. Prior experiences include directing the Justice 2000 Division at Community Advocates, Inc. and serving as Program Director and Program Coordinator at Justice 2000. Nick holds a Master of Public Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Reduction in key criminal justice outcomes such as recidivism has the cumulative effect of interrupting the cycle of criminal activity by eliminating criminal role modeling and the cycle of victimization.
