Vince Troutman

Vince graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Before coming to JusticeWorks Vince worked for the local Intermediate Unit as a Behavioral Intervention Specialist. He started with JWYC in 2017 as an FRS. He worked as an FRS until 2018 when he became the eastern regional trainer. He enjoyed the trainer position. His experience as a trainer led him to be promoted to a supervisor for the Schuylkill branch in 2019.
