Ramiro Flores

Ramiro Flores possesses 14 years of experience in higher education, specializing in multicultural recruitment, retention, and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Director of College Counseling and College Counselor at Justin-Siena High School since August 2022, Ramiro has previously held positions including College Advisor at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory from 2015 to August 2022, Director of Strategic Enrollment Management and Dean of Undergraduate Admission at Holy Names University from July 2014 to September 2015, and Director of Undergraduate Admission at Willamette University from 2001 to 2014.
