Aki Lähteenmäki

Aki Lähteenmäki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and consultancy. As the CPO/CMO and co-founder of Justin Group Oy since August 2015, Aki has played a pivotal role in service architecture. Prior to this, Aki served as a Senior Consultant at Symfoni ESM, where leadership was demonstrated as head of the process and architecture consultancy team in the Nordics from January 2012 to July 2015. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Team Manager at Digia, focusing on ITSM tool delivery projects in the Finnish public sector from February 2008 to December 2011, and Development Manager at Elisa Oyj, overseeing support process development in the corporate customer unit from 1998 to February 2008. Aki's career also includes significant management roles at Radiolinja, demonstrating a strong foundation in network operations and maintenance. Education was received at St Michel Vocational School from 1990 to 1993.
