Fatima Helal began their work experience in 2016 at Jawad Business Group, where they worked on a rotational basis within the recruitment, human resources, and public relations divisions. Their responsibilities included designing employee contracts, conducting new employee interviews, and verifying employee details. In 2019, they worked as a Telesales Agent at Key Space Real Estate and as a Social Media Manager at Greencastle Trading. In 2020, they joined Justlife as an Operations Specialist, and later took on the roles of Exclusive Operations Executive (Business Development) and Exclusive Operation Team Lead.

Fatima Helal completed their Bachelor of Science in International Business from AMA International University of Bahrain. fatima attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
