Merve Özge Aladag has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2019, they worked as an Architect at Temiz Metal Cephe Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş, gaining experience in social housing projects and site tracking. Merve Özge also worked as a Product Designer at Model European Union Vienna, where they designed products from September 2019 to December 2020.
In 2020, Merve joined Berk Kaya İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi as an Architect, focusing on architectural projects until September 2021.
From October 2021 to September 2022, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at Odeon Software & Technology, where they were responsible for various design tasks such as creating design systems, conducting user research, and creating UI mockups.
Afterward, Merve joined Papara as a UX/UI Designer from September to December 2022, contributing to user experience and interfaces.
Currently, they hold the position of Product Designer at Justlife, starting in December 2022.
Merve Özge Aladag started their education at Dokuz Eylul University in 2014 and completed it in 2019. Merve Özge studied at the Faculty of Architecture and focused on Architecture as their field of study during this period.
In 2016, Merve also attended Gdańsk University of Technology for a year, obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree in Architecture.
Apart from their formal education, Merve has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they achieved the Advanced Certificate in English (CAE) - C1 Advanced from Just English Language & TOEFL Center. Additionally, they completed various courses offered by Google, including Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD, Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate, and the Google Augmented Reality and ARCore Certificated Program. Merve completed the Google UX Design Professional Certificate in February 2022.
In January 2020, they received the (SARAT) Safeguarding Archaeological Assets of Turkey certification from Koç University. In 2016, they participated in the Bademlik Design Festival organized by Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Additionally, Merve obtained the Certified Instructor Autodesk 3ds Max certification in April 2018.
