Steven Burt CXAC (Cert) has over 20 years of experience in customer service and customer experience roles. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Customer Service Agent for Lafarge UK. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Music Royalties Team Leader for PRS for Music. From 2006 to 2014, they were Head of Client Service and Customer Service Manager for BPP Professional Education. From 2014 to 2016, they were Head of Customer Service for Kaplan Financial (UK). From 2016 to 2019, they were Head of Customer Experience & Success for Mettrr. From 2019 to 2021, they were Head of Customer Experience for Trussle. From 2021 to 2022, they were Senior Manager Customer Experience (Head of CX) and Head of Customer Operations for Zapp. Currently, they are the Customer Experience Director and Head of Customer Operations for JustPark.
Steven Burt CXAC (Cert) has a diverse education background. Steven attended Monk's Walk School from 1989 to 1994, Oaklands College from 1994 to 1996, and the University of Hertfordshire from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. In 2021, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Customer Experience from The CX Academy. Additionally, Steven has obtained three additional certifications: Marketing: Conversion Rate Optimization from LinkedIn in 2021, Professional Certificate in Customer Experience - Distinction from The CX Academy in 2021, and Coaching and Developing Employees from LinkedIn in 2019.
