Hayley Woodward

Hayley Woodward is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the toy industry. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing and Licensing Manager for EMEA at Just Play since April 2024, Hayley previously held the role of International Marketing Manager at Spin Master from March 2022 to April 2024, and prior to that, was the International Lead for Rubik's from January to December 2021, focusing on integrating the Rubik's Brand into Spin Master's portfolio. Hayley's career also includes significant experience at Rubik's Brand Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Global Marketing to Marketing Manager, overseeing a global licensee portfolio and managing contracts across various product categories. Earlier in the career, Hayley worked at Tomy as a Brand Manager and held roles as a Junior Brand Manager and National Account Sales Administrator. Hayley holds a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from Oxford College of Marketing and a First Class B.A. in Business Management with a major in Marketing from Kingston University.
