Matt Lauderbach

Matt Lauderbach is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product development and design management within the children's toy industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Just Play, Matt leads a team focused on creating innovative children's products that embody licensed brands. Prior roles include Director of Design Management at Skip Hop, where Matt unified product aesthetics across multiple categories, and Principal Designer at EastPoint Sports, developing preschool sports toys. Previous experience includes Vice President of Product Development at Spin Master, managing significant product lines and driving revenue growth, as well as Senior Director of Design at Fisher-Price, overseeing a large team and managing numerous SKUs. Matt holds a Master's Degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Toy Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, among other educational qualifications.
