Matt Jones

Matt Jones, CPA, CGMA, serves as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Justrite Safety Group, overseeing global financial compliance and leading the implementation of the OneStream EPM system across more than 30 entities. Prior to Justrite, Matt held the position of Executive Director of Finance and Accounting at Tenneco, where responsibilities included managing the corporate accounting team and overseeing pension and OPEB plans. Matt’s experience at KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation included roles as Senior Director of Financial Reporting, Director of Reporting & SOX Compliance, and Controller, where significant contributions were made to SEC reporting, SOX compliance, and ERP system design. Earlier in Matt’s career, experience as a Senior Audit Associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP involved leading complex financial audits. Matt holds a Master of Accountancy with High Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Brigham Young University.
