Jo Sugarman

Jo Sugarman has a diverse work experience profile. They started their career as a Sales & Business Developer for Latin America at R.P.A. PORT International in September 2014. Jo then moved on to work at the University of Haifa as a Translator and in the Media Department from March 2015 to December 2019. From December 2017 to December 2019, Jo served as the Head Of Operations and Customer Care at Bits of Gold, where they were deeply involved in cryptocurrency trading and brokerage. Their most recent position was as the Head of Operations at Justt, starting in December 2020. At Justt, Jo oversaw the transformation of the credit card dispute process into a more efficient and fair system for merchants.
