Missy Bock has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Missy began their career as a Patient Services Assistant at the University of Michigan Emergency Department in 2011. In 2012, they became an Account Manager at Thomson Reuters, Tax & Accounting Knowledge Solutions. In 2015, they were hired as a Corporate Account Manager at the American Cancer Society. In 2017, they were hired as a Sales Development Manager at Lettuce Box, Inc. and in 2019 they were hired as the Executive Director Alumni Association at Owens Community College. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Manager at Vanilla.

Missy Bock completed a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior, & Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan in 2010. In 2007, they earned a Certification in Effective Communications & Human Relations from Dale Carnegie. In 2018, they obtained a BLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
