Alanna Franco

Alanna Franco currently serves as the Director of Corporate & Securities Counsel at Justworks, a position held since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at AIG from April 2015 to June 2022, where Alanna provided corporate governance advice and managed the annual proxy statement process. At RCS Capital, from October 2013 to April 2014, Alanna was the primary securities counsel, responsible for SEC filings. Earlier experience at Clifford Chance US LLP involved a focus on capital markets and securities law, where Alanna specialized in IPOs and public company disclosure matters. Alanna holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Economy and Philosophy from Tulane University.
