Bianca H.

Bianca H. is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management, operations, and expansion strategies across various roles. Currently serving as the International Expansion Manager at Justworks since October 2023, Bianca previously led expansion efforts at Via.work before its acquisition by Justworks. Additional roles include Startup Mentor at Startup Studio Indonesia and Product Manager at Think Policy Indonesia, where Bianca developed the BijakMemilih platform for the Indonesian elections. Prior experience includes program management and operations at Oyster®, a focus on core ledger systems and financial product development at Xendit, and market research as a New Business Lead. Bianca holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Institut Teknologi Bandung, where involvement included leadership in student excursions and innovation challenges.
