Colby Farber

Colby Farber is an experienced professional in product management and business development, currently serving as the Director and Head of Product & Go to Market for Justworks Payroll since June 2019. Colby has held several leadership roles within Justworks, including Director of Self Service & Business Development and Business Development Lead. Prior to Justworks, Colby earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed a strategy and operations internship at Ample Hills Creamery. Colby's earlier career includes significant positions at American Express, where roles ranged from Director/Chief of Staff in Global Commercial Payments to Manager of Strategy within Enterprise Growth. Colby also worked at The Aspen Institute as an Associate and Senior Associate. Colby holds a BA in History and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
