Emma Leeds, M.S. HR, is an accomplished Human Resources and People Consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the CEO and Founder of People Function since August 2019, Emma has successfully managed projects such as developing compensation bands for a tech company and implementing recruitment strategies for startups. Emma currently serves as an Executive Customer Board Member at Justworks and has held significant positions such as Chair of the Compensation Committee at TechUnited and HR Advisor roles at Mixlab and The Muse.
