Gina Iacobacci

Gina Iacobacci, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the ERG Co-Lead for Justability and as a Human Resources Consultant at Justworks since June 2021. Prior to this role, Gina held various human resources positions, including Human Resources Generalist/Manager at IntelliShift, People Generalist at CaaStle, and People Operations Generalist at Argyle. Additional experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Sizmek by Amazon, HR Coordinator at About.com, and HR Assistant at H2M architects + engineers. Gina Iacobacci earned a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Molloy University, and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Nassau Community College.
