Mira Shane

Mira Shane is a dedicated consultant specializing in diversity and inclusion projects, currently serving as a Consultant at Miracle Consulting since December 2023. In this role, Mira engages with various organizations through keynotes, workshops, and panels to promote underrepresented stories. As the Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager at Justworks since October 2022, Mira has been instrumental in implementing DEI initiatives. Mira's entrepreneurial spirit shines through as the Owner and Head Instructor of Miracle Goalkeeping LLC, which aims to empower young girls in sports. Previously, Mira contributed as Co-Chair of the Player Executive Committee at Athletes Unlimited, focusing on the logistical planning for professional lacrosse seasons.
