Raven Ersery

Raven Ersery has extensive experience in customer success and account management across various organizations. Currently, at Justworks since March 2021, Raven has held multiple roles, including Customer Success Manager. Previous experience includes managing a significant portfolio of clients at ZeroCater, where over $500K in annual recurring revenue was generated, as well as achieving notable sales success. Additional roles at Madewell and Poppin involved customer service, project management, and logistical coordination. Early career experiences include positions at Abercrombie & Fitch, Alcoa, Wiley's Pharmacy, and Centerville Cleaners. Raven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
