Wenxiu Zhao

Wenxiu (Wen) Zhao currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Governance Risk & Compliance at Justworks, where responsibilities include leading the GRC function, risk management, third-party management, and security compliance. Prior to this role, Wen was the Director of Client & 3rd Party Security at Alight Solutions, overseeing a global security team and representing the security program to clients. Wen's expertise in systems administration and architecture was developed through positions at Aon Hewitt, Northwest Community Hospital, and Pactiv Corp/Tenneco Automotive, where significant contributions included establishing a 24x7 Network Operation Center and implementing enterprise fault management solutions. Wen holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree from Peking University.
