Ben Heleniak began their work experience in 2006 as a Store Manager for H&M, where they trained and managed a team of over 60 staff members. Ben then moved on to become a Flagship Store Manager, overseeing a team of over 100 staff members and handling stock management. In 2013, they joined Inditex as a Retail Operations Manager, providing support to teams in the UK and Europe and handling employee relations. Ben then worked as an Area Manager for American Apparel, leading 10 stores and over 250 employees. After that, they served as an Area Manager for French Connection, managing 12 stores and over 150 employees. Ben then joined Michael Kors as a District Manager, leading various stores in France, Switzerland, Germany, and Greater London. Ben also took on the role of Acting District Manager, overseeing stores in East/South Germany. Most recently, they worked as the Regional Director for UK&IR at Claudie Pierlot before taking on the position of Head of Operations and S&OP at Zapp.
Ben Heleniak has a diverse education history. Ben earned a Master's Degree in Arts, Communication & Languages from Université Côte d'Azur from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Histoire, Critique et Conservation de l'art from Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis in 2003-2004, and a General Academic Studies Degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from the same university in 2001-2003. Before pursuing higher education, Ben studied History of European Art (Medieval and Modern) at Collège de France from 1999 to 2001. Their earliest academic achievement is a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lycée du Hainaut from 1996 to 1999. In addition, Ben has certifications in First Aid at Work from the British Red Cross (3-day course) in 2016 and from Wallace Cameron International Ltd (1-day course) in March 2013.
