Prior to Juul Labs, London dedicated nearly a decade to Southwest Airlines, where roles included Director of Operations Strategy & Planning and various positions within Revenue Management. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Financial Economics and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.
