Eric London

Eric London is an experienced leader in strategy and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations at Juul Labs since March 2019. London has held multiple senior roles at Juul Labs, including Vice President of Global Product Commercialization & Operations Strategy and Head of the Office of COO. Prior to Juul Labs, London dedicated nearly a decade to Southwest Airlines, where roles included Director of Operations Strategy & Planning and various positions within Revenue Management. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Applied Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees in Financial Economics and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.
