Kevin O'Lone has extensive experience in customer operations and technology management, currently serving as the Manager of Global Service Technology at Juul Labs since April 2021. Previously, Kevin held roles including CRM Lead at Juul Labs where responsibilities included developing Salesforce Lightning solutions for multiple international call centers, and Sales Operations Manager at THX Ltd., where Kevin implemented a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for various business divisions. Kevin's career began in business development roles at iMove, Inc. and Digital Phenomena, co-founding the latter and contributing to projects for major clients in the entertainment industry. Education includes multiple Salesforce certifications obtained from Salesforce University and training through Trailhead.
