Matthew Rios is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a robust background in product development and innovation. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Juul Labs since July 2017, Matthew has played a significant role in advancing JUUL's mission to improve the lives of adult smokers. Previous experience includes mechanical engineering roles at PAX Labs, Inc. and Orbit Baby, where responsibilities encompassed project management, design implementation, and production oversight for stroller accessories and new products. Matthew also contributed to academic settings as a Teaching Assistant in the Stanford Department of Physics and served as a Design Intern at the Design Research Lab in Berlin. Matthew holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
