Mike Weng is a seasoned professional in global supply chain management with extensive experience in leading hardware component supply chains and sourcing operations at Juul Labs since March 2018. As Director of Global Supply Chain, Mike manages teams across multiple continents to meet business needs throughout product development stages. Prior roles include transforming Juul's manufacturing footprint as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and launching generations of Spectacles products at Snap Inc. Mike's foundational experience includes leadership positions at Foxconn and consulting roles at Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, complemented by a strong educational background with an MBA in Strategy and Business Development and a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
