Scott Richburg

Scott Richburg is a highly experienced legal professional with a focus on litigation. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Litigation at Juul Labs since January 2019, Scott previously held positions at General Motors from February 2015 to January 2019, including Lead Counsel for Products Litigation. Earlier in their career, Scott was a Partner at Foley and Lardner from September 1995 to February 2015, where Scott developed substantial expertise in product litigation. Scott earned a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School (1992-1995), a Master of Accountancy from the University of West Florida (1991-1992), and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the same institution (1989-1991). Scott completed secondary education at Marianna High School (1983-1987).
