Aidas Dragūnas

Aidas Dragūnas has extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Aidas currently holds the position of Software Engineering Manager at Juvare since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Java Software Engineering Manager at Intermedix from 2015 to 2018. Aidas also worked at Alna Software as a Systems Architect from 2005 to 2015 and as a Programmer Analyst – Senior Programmer in 2005. Aidas served as the Head of Development Department and Programmer Analyst – Senior Programmer at Forbis from 2003 to 2005. Aidas has also held positions as a Database Designer at Elitnet in 2003, a Software Engineer at Elsis from 2001 to 2003, and a Software Engineer at Algoritmu sistemos from 1999 to 2001. Aidas started their career as a Software Engineer at AB "Kauno energija" from 1997 to 1999, where they were involved in requirements analysis, Windows applications and database systems development, and application testing. Aidas also worked as a Computer Engineer at Kaunas Water in 1997.

Aidas Dragūnas obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Oracle Advanced PL/SQL Developer Certified Professional from Oracle Corporation in 2012, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert from Oracle Corporation in 2010, Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate from Oracle Corporation in 2010, ANSI SQL from Brainbench in 2001, and PL/SQL from Brainbench in 2000.
