Sheryl Librot has extensive work experience in the field of human capital and talent acquisition. Sheryl is currently working as an Independent Consultant since May 2021, specializing in human capital consulting. Prior to this, Sheryl held the position of Vice President of Human Capital at Juvare, a technology company focused on developing resilience solutions. Sheryl joined Juvare in October 2017 and played a crucial role in supporting emergency response incidents and minimizing negative impacts. Before Juvare, Sheryl worked as the Managing Director at Retained Executive Search - Healthcare in 2016. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at NANTHEALTH. Sheryl also held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Streamline Health from 2011 to 2014, where they originated and led human capital practices and objectives. Sheryl'searlier experience includes roles such as Managing Director at Health Search Professional, Vice-President of Healthcare at Near & Associates, PACS Sales Specialist at GE Healthcare, Account Executive at IDX Systems Corporation, and Sales Executive at Siemens Medical Solutions.

Sheryl Librot holds a Masters degree in Management/Business from Penn State Great Valley. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Maryland.
