Tyler Pedraja has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Starting in 2013, Tyler worked as a Barista Trainer and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where they handled cash and credit payments, responded to customer inquiries, and trained new team members. In 2014, Tyler served as a Volunteer Assistant for John Cortes, FL. House of Representatives and as an Event Organizer for the International Youth Congress. Tyler then joined the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Human Resources Assistant from August 2014 to January 2015.

In 2016, Tyler pursued a B.A in Integrated Business at the University of Central Florida, which they completed in September 2018. From 2017 to 2018, Tyler worked as a Business Development Coordinator at the Orlando Museum of Art, where they managed vendor and contractor relationships, handled project documentation, and ensured deliverables were met.

From September 2018 to September 2019, Tyler worked at PSAV as a Systems Operator Specialist, where they designed and operated systems, improved client invoices, and assisted users with operating systems. In 2019, Tyler joined the Universal Orlando Resort as part of the Technical Projects team, where they programmed audio, video, and lighting systems and utilized wireless technology for audio syncing.

In 2020, Tyler joined Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. as a Web Developer, where they designed and developed web applications and sites, utilizing HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP, Figma, and Photoshop. Currently, Tyler is a Web Developer (Technical Implementation Analyst) at Juvare, starting in June 2021. In this role, Tyler is responsible for full-stack development, design, and maintenance of emergency response software, collaborating with the development and product team, and resolving client issues and testing.

Tyler Pedraja earned a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. In December 2019, they also obtained the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification from AVIXA.
