Elicia Hinson

Elicia Hinson is a Marketing Associate at the Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County since October 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic partnerships and fundraising from previous roles. At the St. Petersburg Free Clinic, Elicia served as Director of Strategic Partnerships and Events and Experiences Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating logistics for a large national conference and implementing fundraising strategies. Elicia's tenure at Gulfside Hospice & Pasco Palliative Care as Annual Gifts Specialist involved automating gift renewal solicitations and enhancing donor relations. Additionally, Elicia worked with the Obesity Action Coalition as Program and Development Coordinator, where skills in program development and donor engagement were honed.
