Jorge Flores Ruiz

Jorge Flores Ruiz is an experienced quality and environmental manager with a strong background in food safety and public health. Currently serving as the Jefe de Calidad y Medio Ambiente at Juver Alimentación since May 2015, Jorge previously worked as a consultor-auditor for food quality at Traza Consultores, overseeing the implementation of food safety control systems. Jorge has also contributed to research as a becario-investigador-analista at the Department of Nutrition and Bromatology at the University of Murcia, and served as a veterinarian trainer for the Instituto Murciano de Consumo. Jorge holds a Licenciado en Veterinaria from Universidad de Murcia, along with certifications in pedagogy and English proficiency from the University of Cambridge.
