Hilton Jader Martins da Silva has held a variety of roles in the past, beginning with Auxiliar de Estoque at Rodrigues e Oliveira Equipamentos Hoteleiros LTDA in 2005. Hilton Jader then served as a Soldado de Artilharia at Exército Brasileiro in 2004, followed by Auxiliar de Produção at Indústria Ferragens Page Ltda in 2003. In 2009, they began working as an Auxiliar de Logística at Barenboim SA, and then at P3image Comercio E Servicos De Informatica in 2012. In 2013, they joined Generali Brasil Seguros, first as an Analista de Sinistro Auto and then as an Assistente Administrativo. In 2021, they took on the role of Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente at Personale Consultoria and is currently working as a Credit Operations Analyst at Juvo since 2022.

Hilton Jader Martins da Silva is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from UNISUAM, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024. Prior to this, they attended Universidade Veiga de Almeida from 2022 to 2024, studying Engineering Production.
