Simran Kaur

Simran Kaur has been in the tech industry since 2011. Simran began their career as a Frontend Web Developer at alphaITworld. In 2012, they moved to Beta Soft Technology as a Software Automation Engineer, where they were responsible for preparing automation test strategies, test plans, and test schedules. In 2014, they joined Kaiser Permanente as a PQE Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, leading application delivery as a team leader and taking accountability for the overall Mobile QA Test Strategies. In 2018, they became an Engineering Manager at Juvo, where they were a Subject Matter Expert in Test management, test strategies, test automation frameworks, Quality Process, and Test planning requirements for Functional and non Functional Domains. Simran also built Test infrastructures and Test devops for CI/CD in AWS. In 2019, they joined Toptal as a Software Developer.

Simran Kaur obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Punjabi University, Patiala in 2012. In October 2021, they earned their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
