Jose Alvarez

Jose Alvarez worked as the President of JVA Engineering Contractor Inc from September 2002 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of TJ Pavement Corp from March 2000 to August 2002.

Jose Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Florida International University. Jose also has obtained additional certifications, including CGC & CUC from the Florida DBPR, OSHA 30 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, QC Manager from the Florida Department of Transportation, and QC Manager from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
