Rafael E. Ramon

Rafael E. Ramon has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Rafael E. started their career in 2002 as an Assistant to the Chief Resident Engineer at Proyectos 2 Torres, C.A. From there, they moved on to RDR Construcciones & Proyectos in 2004, where they served as a Construction Project Manager until the end of the year. In 2005, they returned to Proyectos 2 Torres, C.A. as a Construction Project Manager - General Contractor, responsible for managing various aspects of residential and institutional projects.

In 2011, Rafael joined ENREMA, LLC, Tennessee's largest privately-held upstream oil and gas operator, initially as an Assistant Controller. Rafael E. later transitioned into the role of Controller and General Manager, where they oversaw strategic planning, day-to-day operations, finance and accounting, project management, and more. Rafael E. remained with ENREMA, LLC until 2018.

Following their time at ENREMA, LLC, Rafael joined Pentagen Homes, LLC as the General Manager in 2018, overseeing the overall operations of the company.

Currently, Rafael serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at JVA Engineering Contractor Inc, a position they assumed in July 2021. Rafael E. also previously held the role of Construction Project Manager at the same company from 2019 until their promotion.

Rafael E. Ramon has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UNIVERSIDAD CATOLICA ANDRES BELLO (UCAB), obtained between 1998 and 2004. They also have an International Master's degree in Business Administration from Florida International University, obtained between 2010 and 2011. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Florida Certified General Contractor from the FL Department of Business & Professional Regulation, obtained in 2016.
